According to the market demands for the electrotechnical steel and the production technology for which, the necessity of developing and producing cold rolled electrotechnical steel in Angang is deeply analyzed and the problems in smelting, CC and rolling are pointed out. How to develop cold rolled electrotechnical steel is discussed on the basis of the actual situation of Angang.
