摘要
针对夹送辊和助卷辊的使用寿命低的现状 ,选择PYY 12 5管状焊丝 +SSD焊剂作为堆焊材料 ,采用合适的堆焊工艺对夹送辊和助卷辊进行堆焊 ,经现场使用 ,其过钢量分别达到 2 6 .5万t和 35 .4万t以上 ,大幅度提高了夹送辊和助卷辊的使用寿命 。
Withdrawal roll and wrapper rolls were strengthened by build-up welding against their short- life,using PYY125 tube welding wire+SSD welding flux as build-up welding materials.Practice use indicated that steel production reached 2.65×10 5t and 3 54×10 5t respectively during the life of build-up welding rolls.The lives of rolls were increased significantly.The sticking of steels was reduced.
