摘要
合成了新试剂 2 (2 ,3 ,5 三氮唑偶氮 ) 5 乙酰氨基苯酚 (TZAAP) ,并研究了其与钴的显色反应及应用。在 pH 9 10的NH3·H2 O -NH4 Cl缓冲液中 ,该试剂与钴形成 1∶1红色稳定络合物 ,λmax=5 2 8 2nm ,钴量在 0~ 1 2 μg/mL范围内符合比尔定律 ,表观摩尔吸光系数ε=4 93× 10 4 。所拟方法用于维生素B1 2 注射液及环境水样中微量钴测定 ,结果满意。
A reagent 2 (2,3,5 triazolylazo) 5 acetamidophenol was synthesized and its color reaction with cobalt was studied The experimental results show that cobalt reacts with the reagent to form a stable red complex(1∶1) in the presence of NH 3·H 2O-NH 4Cl at pH 9 10,the apparent molar absorptivity is 4 93×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at λ max =528 2nm,Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0-1 2μg/mL for cobalt The method has been applied to the spectrophotometric determination of trace cobalt in VB 12 injection and environmental water with satisfactory results
