摘要
西方市场经济国家政府行为职能的转变经历了经济自由主义和国家干预主义两种不同的经济理论和政策主张。两种经济政策各有其对经济发展的有利方面和不利方面 ,因此 ,它们本身并无优劣之分 ,关键在于适当的时间采取适当的政策。研究西方市场经济国家政府行为职能的转变 ,可使我国在建立社会主义市场经济体制的过程中受到有益的启示。
The transformation of the function of the government in western market economic countries has been caried out been under the guidance of two different economic theories and policies - economic liberalism and government interference. These two policies have both favorable and unfavorable aspects to economic development. So there is no distinction of the good and the bad about them. The key point is to adopt the proper policy at the proper time. In the course of establishing the socialist market economic system we can learn quite a lot from the study of the transformation of the function of the government in western market economic countries.
