摘要
孵化期间,乌骨鸡种蛋内蛋黄和蛋清的含水量变化呈互补性,即蛋黄含水多时,蛋清含水少,而胚胎的含水量是逐渐减少的。12日龄前,蛋壳、蛋清、蛋黄中钙含量变化相对较小;12日龄后,蛋壳中的钙比蛋清、蛋黄中的钙变化大,且成为胚胎发育的主要钙源。试验还发现,孵化前蛋黄和出壳时剩余蛋黄内的水、钙含量相差不大,但18日龄前后,蛋黄内的钙大幅度上升,证实蛋黄有富集钙的功能。乌骨鸡胚胎的重量与孵化时间的关系呈指数式回归。
Changes of water contents of yolk and albumen in fowl eggs were relative complemented.The more the water of yolk was,the less that of albumen.Water contents of fowl embryo went down gradually.Before12day-ages,the calcium content of eggshell,albumen or yolk varies little.But after that,the calcium content of eggshell varies more than that of albumen and yolk.What's more,the calcium of eggshell turns into the main resource of calcium dur -ing the growth of fowl embryo.It didn't show distinct difference between water and calcium contents of yolk before in-cubation and that of surplus yolk after hatching.But about 18day-ages,the calcium content of yolk rises to a great extent.The result verifies that yolk can focus calcium.Relationships between embryo weight and incubation time were exponential regression.
