摘要
丝胶是球状蛋白 ,可从下茧、废丝中经高温脱胶、浓缩、干燥制得 ,也可从丝绸制造厂家排放的废水中大量提取。丝胶二级结构主要以无规卷曲结构为主和部分 β构象 ,含有 74.61%的极性侧链氨基酸。丝胶具有良好的吸放湿性能、抗氧化性、营养及保健功能 ,可用作合成纤维的涂层材料、化妆品和食品的添加剂 ,还可在医药、固定化酶载体、高分子材料和水泥浆添加剂等方面被开发利用。回收利用丝胶 ,对保护环境和增加经济效益具有重要意义。
Sericin, a kind of global protein, can be produced either from waste cocoon and waste silk by the processing of degumming, condensing, and drying, or from the wastewater drained by the producers of silk yarn and silk fabrics. Sericin consists of random coil and β structure,in which the former is the main part. The content of amino acids which have polar side chains is as high as 74.61%. Sericin has fine properties of moisture absorption and desorption, antioxidant action, nutrition, and health protection, so it can be used as coating material for synthetic fiber, additive for cosmetic and foodstuff, and exploited as medicine and medical material, support for immobilized enzyme, additive for macromolecular material and cement slurry. It is of great significance to recover and reuse the sericin contained in the wastewater from the angle of protecting environment and increasing profit.
