摘要
利用人X染色体α卫星DNA探针进行了86个中国人随机个体HindⅢ、XbaⅠ、EcoRⅠ和BglⅡ等4种内切酶的多态性分析,计算了多态频率和PIC值,并与文献报道作了比较。同时提出了利用α卫星DNA进行X染色体父母源探查的设想。
Human X chromosome-specific alpha satellite DNA is a family of high tandem repeated sequences, which had been mapped to centromeric region of human X chromosome. Polymorphism analysis was carried out by using X chromosome-sepecific alpha satellite probe (pBamX7-A) and 4 restriction enzymes, HindⅢ, XbaⅠ, EcoRⅠ and BglⅡ, on 86 unrelated Chinese individuals. The allele frequencies, PICs and racial differences were presented. The RFLPs in the satellite DNA could possibly be used to determine the paternal and maternal origion of abnormal X chromosomes.
