摘要
研究型大学对于提高国家创新能力和综合国力具有重要的作用。文章在对比、借鉴国外研究型大学特点的基础上 ,提出了我国研究型大学的目标任务和应具备的基本条件。在分析我国建设研究型大学存在的主要问题和困难后 ,提出了相应的建议。
Research Universities are very important to the elevation of national innovation abilities and national comprehensive competitiveness. Based on the comparative study of the characteristics of foreign research universities, the objectives and basic qualifications for Chinese research university are put forward in addition to the analysis of the major problems and obstacles in constructing Chinese research university, the countermeasures to handle the situation are suggested.
