In the new century, a teacher is required to have the following qualities: high working spirit,firm professional ideal, advanced educational notion, extensive cultural knowledge, intimate professional ability, powerful competitive sense and healthy mental quality. So the innovation of quality education in teachers' college requires us to change the old teaching idea. We should pay attention to developing the quality of students' morality, knowledge and abilities. We should also take the promotion of teachers' quality into account. Thus, we can adapt ourselves to the demand of the 21 Century, and serve the brilliant future of our socialist cause.
