Definition and evaluation of the vacancy problem for the market of real estate

摘要 由于房地产市场供需不均衡 ,无论从宏观还是微观分析 ,房地产空置的存在有其客观的必然性。认识并把握房地产市场中房地产被有效使用的状况 ,并寻找有关减少房地产空置的措施 。 The vacant existence of real estate has its objective necessity at either macro analytical level or micro one in view of an unbalanced situation between supply and demand to the market. It is thus necessary to define and evaluate the vacancy problem of real estate market in a right way in order to accurately understand the actual effective use of real estate in the market, and finally find out some ways to alleviate the vacancy rate of real estate.
