摘要
文章探讨了加强大学英语翻译教学的重要性和必要性,指出提高翻译水平的关键在于提高英汉语运用能力,掌握英汉互译的基本原理及常用技巧,加强英汉语言文化背景知识的积累。
The paper explores the significance and necessity to attach great importance to the translation teaching of college English. And it points out that the key to upgrade students' translation level is toimprove their ability of using the languages-Chinese and English, to grasp the basic principles andskills of translation, and to boost up the knowledge accumulation of the two languages and two cultures.
