摘要
“9. 11”恐怖袭击事件虽然影响了美国的对外政策 ,但并未改变美国单边主义的特征。相反随着阿富汗战争结束 ,美国的单边主义和强硬的外交政策表现的更加明显 ,美国的对外政策对美国自身的发展与稳定将产生极大影响。
The terrorist event of Sept 11 has influenced american foreign policies but has not changed American unilateralism.On the contrary with the ending of Afghanistan War American uniteralism and tougn foreign policies are shown more obviously.American foreign policies will bring about great influence on its own development and stability.
