摘要
采用PLC及其常规输入 /输出模块组成模糊控制器 ,其控制功能由软件实现 .重点介绍易于在PLC上实现的控制软件设计方法 ,其中参数模糊化采用分段比较的方法 ,控制规则的实现采用条件判断方法 ,数据输出采用增量方式 .结合应用实例 。
A fuzzy_controller which is composed of a programmable controller(PLC) and its ordinary input/output modules, is developed; its control functions are implemented with softwares. The design method of control softwares which can be easily implemented on the PLC, is described emphatically; in which the fuzziness of parameters is carried out with segmented comparsion method; the conditioned judgement method is adopted for realization of controlling rules; the incremental representation is adopted for data output. Combining with an applied example, the concrete subprograms of major modules are given with forms of trapizoidal diagrams or instruction statements.
