摘要
经过 5 0多年的努力 ,江苏省林业到“九五”期间进入了快速发展阶段 ,但与其他省分相比 ,尚存在一些差距。改善生态环境 ,促进社会、经济的可持续发展 ,成了江苏省林业面临的重点战略任务。为取得良好的生态、经济效益 ,须做到 :准确定位 ,把握“十五”林业发展方向 ;突出重点 ,集中力量抓好“双五”林业工程 ;狠抓关键 ,力争在创新机制、对“外”
After over 50 years' efforts,Jiangsu forestry development has come to a new stage during the period of the Ninth Five Year Plan.However,when compared with other provinces,Jiangsu still has a long way to go.To improve ecological environment and to promote the sustainable development both in economy and society are the strategic tasks which have to be fulfilled.To achieve both ecological and economic profits,apart from the strategic forestry development direction,stress should be laid on the forestry projects of 'Double Five'.Besides,progresses should also be made in creating new mechanisms,self constructing as well as accelerating the pace of opening up.
