摘要 目的观察甘草酸二铵 (dammonii glycyrrhizinatis,DG)对局灶性脑缺血再灌注诱导的脑神经细胞凋亡的防治作用 ,并探讨其神经保护作用的机制。方法雄性 wistar大鼠分为 3组 :假手术组 (sham组 )、缺血再灌注组 (IR组 )、给药组 (DG组 ) ,采用大脑中动脉栓塞模型 (MCAO) ,缺血 2 h再灌注 12 h、2 4 h后 ,分别观察脑组织超微结构 ,脑神经细胞凋亡情况。结果与 IR组相比 ,DG组脑组织病理损害明显减轻 ,神经细胞凋亡减少。结论 DG可明显抑制局灶性脑缺血 -再灌注所诱导的脑神经细胞凋亡 ,起到一定的神经保护作用。 Objective To observe the effect of Dammnii Glycyrrhizinatis (DG) on cerebral nerve cell apoptosis induced by ischemia-reperfusion.Methods Male wistar rats were randomly divided into the sham operated,cerebral ischemia reperfusion (IR) and DG treatment groups.The animal models were estabilished by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats.The ultrastructure of brain tissue and nerve cell apoptosis were respectirely observed at 12h and 24h after MCAO for 2h.Results Compared with IR group,in DG group the pathological damage of brain tissue and nerve cell apoptosis were diminishcd.Conclusion DG can markedly inhibit nerve cell apoptosis induced by focal brain ischemia reperfusion injury and protect the nerve cell to a certain extent.
