摘要
以 L-天门冬氨酸 ( L-Asp)为原料 ,采用分散悬浮聚合法合成出具有优异阻垢性能的聚天门冬氨酸 .通过正交试验设计确定了适宜的反应条件 ,并讨论了催化剂用量、聚合温度、聚合时间、原料粒度等对产品性能及分子量的影响 .利用 IR、1 3 CNMR和 1 H NMR对聚合物进行了表征 .研究表明适量催化剂可保护 -NH2 基 ,减少副反应 ,加快反应速度 ,同时可提高分子量 ,但催化剂过量时起封端作用 .具有优异阻垢性能的聚天门冬氨酸盐的聚合度约为 1 0
Poly(aspartic acid) with excellent scale inhibition was synthesized by suspension polycondensation of L-aspartic acid dispersed in a medium. The appropriate conditions for the polymerization were determined by means of orthogonal experimental design. The effects of catalyst, temperature, time and particle size on the scale inhibition and molecular weight(Mw) were inverstigated. The characterization of the polymers was made by means of IR, 13CNMR and 1HNMR. The results reveal that the catalyst can prevent -NH 2 group from side reactions, accelerate the rate of polymerization and increase Mw, but an excess of the catalyst results in closing end-group. As for inhibition of calcium, the optimum degree of polymerization of poly(aspartic acid) was about 100.
