摘要
从等效交 -直 -交变换的空间矢量调制方法出发 ,深入分析了矩阵式变换器的变换关系 ,导出了交 -交直接变换控制规律和双空间矢量PWM调制技术 ,实现了交 -交直接变换控制方式下矩阵式变换器的建模和运行分析。针对当前尚无双向开关器件的现状 ,仿真中采用了IG BT组合双向开关并应用半软换流控制实现开关的安全切换 ,非常贴近实际。仿真结果既展现了矩阵式变换器优良的输入、输出特性 ,验证交 -交直接变换控制方法的正确性和可行性 ,更可将仿真中优化出的功率器件开关规律直接应用于矩阵式变换器的实际控制 ,并对IGBT器件的选择提供依据 。
According to the space vector modulation method of the equivalent structure of the AC DC AC conversion, the conversion relations of the matrix converter were deeply investigated The AC AC direct transformation control and the double space vector PWM scheme of the matrix converter were deduced and the modeling and simulation of a three phase matrix converter were implemented Due to lack of the true bi directional switches at present, the combinations of IGBTs controlled by semi soft curretn commutation algorithm were adopted in the simulation, which made the study very close to the reality Simulation results not only demonstrate the excellent input and output characteristics of the converter, which, of course, validates the correctness and availability of the direct transformation control, but also offer the possibility of utilizing the optimized power device switching pattern obtained from simulation study to the practical control, as well as provide the criteria for the IGBT selection, which founds the basis for the further experimental study
