摘要
探讨了原料配比对合成产物的缓蚀性能的影响,氮杂环化合物与氯化苄以摩尔比1.0:1.1反应合成的产物(NC)具有较好的缓蚀效果。NC与醛、表面活性剂以质量比4.0:1.0:0.5混合的复配缓蚀剂(HS)的缓蚀效果更佳。80℃下,HS在土酸中加量1.5%时,N-80挂片的腐蚀速率为3.24g/m^2·h;在2号酸样(12% HCl+3% HF+3%CH_3COOH)中加量1.0%时的腐蚀速率为1.96 g/m^2·h。因此,HS是较好的酸化缓蚀剂。还探讨了溶液中Fe^(3+)对缓蚀效果的影响,Fe^(3+)含量越高,缓蚀效果越差。
The quaternary corrosion inhibitor was synthesized and the effect of materials mole ratio on corrosion resistance of the product was discussed. The results showed that the product(NC) exhibited good corrosion resistance when the mole ratio of benzyl chloride to nitrogen heterocyclic compound was 1.1:1.0 and had better effect after combined with an aldehyde and a surfactant (mass ratio 4.0:1.0:0.5, combined product named as HS) .At 80℃, the corrosion rate of N - 80 steel was 3.24 g/m2 · h when HS amount in mud acid was 1.5% and 1.96 g/m2· h when HS amount in No.2 acid(12%HCl + 3%HF + 3%CH3COOH)was 1.0%. The effect of the concentration of Fe3 + on corrosion resistance was also discussed.
