摘要
研究了三氯偶氮氯膦 ( TC- CPA)与 Bi( )在高氯酸水溶液中的显色反应。在0 .1 6mol/L HCl O4 水溶液中 ,TC- CPA与 Bi( )发生高灵敏的β型反应 ,生成组成为 1∶ 3( M∶ L)的 β型配合物 ,最大吸收波长 70 6nm(Δλ=1 5 7nm) ,表观摩尔吸光系数 2 .90× 1 0 5L· mol- 1· cm- 1。用拟定的方法测定了湖水中的铋 ,回收率为98.71 % ,相对标准偏差 0 .44%。
The colour reaction of bismuth(Ⅲ) with chlorophosphonazo TC has been studied. In 0.16 mol·L -1 HClO 4 aqueous solution, chlorophosphonazo TC can react with bismuth(Ⅲ) for 20 minute at room temperature to form a deep blue β complex with a maximum absorption at 706 nm. The composition of the complex is 1∶3 (M∶L), and its apparent molar absorptivity is 2.90×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer's law is obeyed over the bismuth concentration range 0~8 μg/25 mL. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace bismuth in water sample with satisfactory results.
