摘要
提出了以活性氧化铝微柱预富集分光光度法测定天然水体中的磷酸根。系统研究了氧化铝微柱的吸附性能 ,确定了分离富集磷酸根的最佳条件 ,并且对光度法测定条件进行了优化。本法用于天然水体中微量磷酸根的测定 。
A new micro column preconcentration system with actived alumina being used as sorbent was developed for spectrophotometric determination of trace phosphate in natural water. The optimum conditions of the determination of phosphorus were tested. The adsorption of orthophosphate on the micro column packed with activated alumina has been thoroughly studied. The optimal condition of enrichment and separation of phosphorus is established. Under the condition of pH=2.0, orthophosphate was adsorbed rapidly on the activated alumina micro column, the ratained phosphate was eluted quantitatively with a sulfuric acid of 2.5 mol·L -1 . The proposed method was used in the determination of phosphate in natural water with satisfactory results.
