摘要
对 S5 - 1 1 5 U可编程控制器 (PLC)在阳泉二电厂的使用情况进行了介绍。重点就使用过程中曾经出现的 PLC死机、PLC与 DCS的通讯中断和通讯阻塞、丢码以及控制系统输出发生出错等问题 ,分析了各种故障产生的原因 ,结合这些问题的处理过程 。
It makes the introducing of the usage condition of the S5-115U programmable logic controller in Yangquan second power plant.Analyzing all kinds of causes produced by breakdown for those problem ever existed on PLC breakdown?PLC communication interrupt and communication block between PLC and DCS as well as output fault of controlling system etc.,and utilizing the handling process for these problems to be discussed and measures that they would be solved.
