摘要
应用SolidWorks三维CAD设计软件和Cosmos/Work有限元分析软件对GM1 0 0 0× 2 0 0型高压辊磨机主要工作部件———组合辊的结构进行了三维实体建模和有限元模型的建立 ,进而从理论上分析了组合辊的主要零件———辊面在工作状态下的应力和变形等情况 ,给出了凹凸镶嵌辊面最佳的配合间隙为 1 .0~ 2 .0mm。
The combined roller is the main subassembly of high-pressure grinding roller,it is also a kind of equipment for crushing the hard ore.In this paper,the structural models of combined roller's components are created by using the 3D software SolidWorks,and its major partroll surface is analyzed with the software COSMOS/Works based on finite element analysis method.The stress and the displacement of the part in different working states are fast detected according to the calculation results,furthermore,the optimum mating gap between concavo-convex studded segments is 1.0~2.0mm.Therefore,the calculatied and analytical results provide valuable references for designing the component structure of combined roller.
