摘要
为研制超音速飞行器所需的耐热铝合金管材 ,采用喷射沉积管坯→挤压成厚壁管材→旋压成薄壁管的成形工艺路线 ,旋压出Al - 8.5Fe - 1.3V - 1.7Si耐热粉末铝合金Φ内 15 3mm× 1.2mm× 5 40mm的小直径管材和Φ内 380mm× 2 .5mm× 114 0mm的大直径管材。
To develop heat resistant powder aluminum alloy tubes for supersonic aircrafts, spray shaping, squeezing and spinning processes are employed respectively.Some Al 8.5Fe 1.3V 1.7Si alloy tubes are obtained with small diameter tube of Φ in 153 mm×1.2 mm×540 mm and large diameter tube of Φ in 380 mm×2.5 mm×1 140 mm. Simulation cabin made by the large diameter tubes has passed the combined thermal static load tests.
