摘要
叠丝是成品腈纶丝包装的一道重要生产工序 ,它的质量直接影响长丝的打包质量或短丝的废品率。在现有设备的基础上 ,设计出一种新型叠丝机装置。介绍了该装置机械系统的设计思想 ,并分析了下落的腈纶丝与叠丝摆斗摆动的运动关系。根据这种关系且匹配各种运动速度设计了控制系统的软件及硬件。该系统具有机械结构简单、控制精确、低成本和高智能化等优点。
Folding is an important working procedure for packing the finished acrylic fiber. Its working quality affects directly the packing quality for long acrylic fiber and the probability of waster for short acrylic fiber. On the basis of existing device, a new type acrylic fiber folding device is designed. The design idea of mechanical system is introduced, and the motion relationship between falling acrylic fiber and the swing of funnel is analyzed. The software and hardware of the control system is designed according to this relationship. The designed system has such capabilities as simple structure, accurate control, low cost and high intelligence.
