摘要
目的探讨内皮细胞损伤在微血栓形成中的作用及两者之间的关系。方法动物实验部分用wistar大鼠制作微血栓动物模型 ,临床部分观察冠心病和高血压病患者。测定循环内皮细胞 (CEC)、内皮素 (ET)等相关因子 ,观察微血管内膜的组织学变化。结果微血栓形成动物及病人CEC、血浆TXB2、ET明显增高 ,而患者的内皮细胞舒张因子 (EDRF)低于正常对照。结论微血栓形成与内皮细胞损伤关系密切 ,内皮细胞损伤可导致微血栓形成 ,微血栓形成又能造成内皮细胞损伤。
Objective To study the effect of endothelial cell injury in the microthrombosis and relationship between them.Methods The cycling endothelial cells (CEC), endothelin (ET) and some correlative factors were measured in the wistar rats of microthrombi model and in the patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Histological changes of microvessel endothelium were observed in the rats.Results The CEC, plasma TXB2 in the microthrombi rats and the CEC, ET in the patients were increased obviously compared with the control group; the levels of EDRF in the patients were lower than those in control group. Conclusions The results showed that the microthrombosis have close relationship with endothelial cell injury. Microthrombsis can be induced by endothelial injury. And then the injury of endothelial cell can also be promoted by microthrombsis.
