摘要
镁铝碱式碳酸盐阻燃剂 (Mg6Al2 (OH) 16CO3 ·4H2 O)具有阻燃、消烟、填充 3种功能 ,是无机阻燃剂的新品种。本文选用了由不同铝源 (AlCl3 ,NaAlO2 )在常压下经一步反应 ,制备纳米镁铝碱式碳酸盐试样。并根据XRD ,TG DTA ,TEM测试结果 ,分析了不同铝源对试样热分析的影响。为解决镁铝碱式碳酸盐作为电缆的无机阻燃剂 ,其填充量与电缆的机械加工性能间的矛盾奠定了坚实的基础。
Hydrotalcite(Mg 6Al 2(OH) 16 CO 3·4H 2O)that has the properties of flame retardant and eliminating smoke and filling is a new kind of inorganic fire retardant agent.In this paper,the nanocrystalline hydrotalcite samples were prepared by precipitation using different aluminum resources (such as AlCl 3,NaAlO 2).Moreover,the effect of different aluminum resources on the thermal analysis was discussed according to the results of the XRD,TG DTA and TEM.And the mechanical property of the cables shows that the compound will be an ideal flame retardant agent for cables.
