摘要
采用ε -己内酰胺为封闭物 ,制备了二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯交联剂 ,用于阴极电泳涂料 ,以提高阴极电泳涂料的泳透力和降低固化温度。阐述了交联剂和阴极电泳涂料的制备工艺 ,并通过泳透力和固化分率的测定来验证该交联剂的作用。
The ε-caprolactam is used as blocking agent to prepare a MDI crosslinker, which can be used for CED primer to increase the throwing power of CED coatings and reduce curing temperature. The production process of crosslinker and CED coatings are described,and the effects of the crosslinker are verified by determination of throwing power and curing degree.
