摘要
运用金融工程学的分析方法论述了发行可转债券的利弊 ,指出了在当前可转债券发行中存在的问题 。
Based on the method of financial engineering, the advantages and disadvantages of convertible bonds issued by enterprises are analyzed. Moreover, some valuable solutions to the present problems in issuing convertible bonds in china are given.
