摘要
首先采用自制的双金属氰化物络合催化剂 ,制备了低不饱和度、高相对分子质量聚氧化丙烯多元醇 ,然后与用传统碱催化制备的未经后处理的聚醚多元醇按一定比例混合 ,用环氧乙烷封端 ,经精制 ,得到高活性聚醚多元醇。所得聚醚二醇及聚醚三醇的不饱和度小于 0 .0 10mmol/g ,伯羟基摩尔分数大于 6 5 %
Polyether polyols with low unsaturation and high reactivity were prepared by steps of :(a)using multi active centers metal cyanide catalyst(MMC)to prepare polyoxypropylene polyols with low unsaturation and high molecular weight;(b)a polyol made by multi active centers metal cyanide(MMC)catalyst was blended with another polyol made by basic catalyst;(c)the polyol blend reacted with ethylene oxide to produce an ethylene oxide capped polyol.The unsaturation of the obtained polyether glycols and triols was less than 0.010 mmol/g,and the molar ratio of primary hydroxyl groups was over 65%.
