大庆萨南油田能源管理信息系统的技术开发在石油行业尚属首次,本文较全面地介绍了该系统技术开发的目标、步骤、结构设计及管理功能开发的全过程,并对系统使用效果进行了评价,最后提出了下步工作的改进意见。
This article introduces the aim, measures, structure design and management function of the development of the system. The article also makes evaluation on the use of the system and puts forward improvement for the next priod.
