摘要
0 8Cr2AlMo无缝钢管在上海炼油厂等企业的应用证明 ,该钢种具有良好的耐硫化氢、氯化氢等应力腐蚀开裂性能 ,上海炼油厂将石蜡加氢换 10 4管束由 12Cr2Mo换为 0 8CrAlMo后 ,使用寿命延长了 2～ 3倍 ;茂名炼油厂常压塔顶冷凝冷却器管束于 2 0 0 0年 3月改用 0 8Cr2AlMo材质 ,至 2 0 0 1年 7月检查 ,状况良好。此外 ,在大连西太平洋炼化公司的海水环境 ,胜利炼油厂的常减压装置以及金陵石化公司的连续重整装置均得到了成功应用。
It was proved in the commercial operation in Shanghai Refinery and other oil refining enterprises that the 08Cr2AlMo seamless steel exhibited good performances in resisting stress corrosion cracking of hydrogen sulfide and hydrogen chloride. When 12Cr2Mo tube of the heat exchanger 104 in wax production unit in Shanghai Refinery was replaced by 08Cr2AlMo, the service life was extended by 2～3 times. When 08Cr2AlMo was used for the heat exchanger tubes in overhead condenser of atmospheric distillation unit in Maoming Refinery in March 2000, the tubes remained intact in the maintenance inspection in July 2001. It has found good application in the sea water service in Dalian West Pacific Petrochemical Co., Ltd., atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in Shengli Refinery, and continuous catalytic reformer in Jinling Petrochemical Company.
