摘要 给出双程反向结构掺铒超荧光光纤光源的理论分析模型。研制了一种采用双程反向结构 ,980 nm激光二极管泵浦的掺铒超荧光光纤光源。在波长 15 5 0 nm处 ,获得了光谱稳定、输出功率大的超荧光。光谱 3d B带宽为5 5 nm,并有 2 0 nm的 The theoretically analytical model about erbium doped superfluorescent fiber source based on DPB structure is presented. With the double pass, backward signal (DPB) structure, a 980nm diode laser pumped Er 3+ doped superfluorescent fiber source is manufactured, which has high output power and stable spectrum. A 55nm 3dB linewidth centered at 1550nm and a 20nm flatten ASE spectrum are obtained.
