摘要
对供电企业和用户改善供电可靠性的投资费用和供电方案的经济性进行了技术分析,并通过供电网络改造方案的应用实例,重点对停电损失费用进行了定量分析。
This paper analyzed investment and expenses for improving reliability of power supply, economics of power supply scheme, and the expenses of power shortage loss quantificationally on emphases combing with appliance instance of power supply network reconstruct.
