摘要
目的 解决实际称重配料控制系统现有算法不能自动适应各种不同物料的不足 .方法 通过对现有实际称重配料系统的控制过程分析 ,指出了其不足 .结果 给出了一种实现称重配料控制喂料提前量自适应的模型 ,并提出了喂料提前量自适应算法 .结论 实例验证说明 。
Aim\ To solve the shortage of existing algorithm that it cannot be adapted to different materials. Methods\ Through analysis of the existing weight control procedures the shortages are pointed out. Results\ A kind of adaptive model has been given, which can automatically suit for weight control system to feed materials in advance and make algorithm to feed materials advanced. Conclusion\ The algorithm had been verified through experiments and it is shown to be able to well solve the drawbacks of existing system.
