摘要
知识经济是以知识为基础的经济,知识经济条件下人力资本的本质在于其报酬的递增性。人力资本营运是劳动者高能素质的凝固过程与劳动力素质的使用过程,是人力资本的生产经营关系与运作经营关系,是高素质培养的运作主体与体力再生产的消费主体。
Knowledge economy is based on knowledge. Under the condition of knowledge economy, the essence of human capital lies in the progressive increase of its reward. Its operation is the process of condensing the workers' competent quality and using this quality,and the relationships of its production and management,operation and management. Human capital is the main body of operation in fostering workers of high quality and that of consumption of physical power reproduction as well.
