摘要
目的 建立一种用HPLC测定硫酸沙丁胺醇缓释片有关物质及含量的方法。方法 以ODS为固定相。磷酸盐缓冲液 甲醇 (90∶10 )为流动相 ,检测波长为 2 76nm。结果 硫酸沙丁胺醇在 2 0~ 70 μg·mL-1的范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,回归方程 :A =35 334c- 2 9.6 ,r=0 .9999。精密度试验RSD =0 .36 % (n =6 ) ,最低检出量为 6 .6ng ,有关物质可检出杂质 7个。 结论 本方法简单、快速。
OBJECTIVE: A HPLC method was established for the determination of related substances and content of salbutamol sulfate sustained release tablets. METHODS: Salbutamol sulfate was separated on an ODS column with the mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer and methanol (90:10) and detected at 276 nm. RESULTS: The standard curve was linear over the range of 20∼70 μg·mL-1 and the linear equation of salbutamol sulfate was A = 35 334c - 29.6, r = 0. 999 9. The precision of the assay was good (RSD = 0.36%, n = 6) with the average recovery 100.1% (RSD = 0.60%, n = 6). CONCLUSION: The proposed method appeared to be simple, rapid, accurate and reliable.
