摘要
本文介绍了如何用大型盘铣刀三轴联动滚切数控加工方式加工复杂三维曲面的方法 ,对由于刀具及铣头干涉 ,无法用五轴联动端铣加工完成的复杂三维曲面加工问题进行了深入研究探讨 ,并结合万家寨大泵叶片压模的实际加工 ,介绍了这种新曲面数控加工的方法。
In this paper,a new method of complex 3D surface NC machining is studied and explored deeply.The three-axis simultaneous side milling method with large slot milling cutter is used in this way.It can solve some difficult problems of some NC machinging complex 3D surfaces which can not be machined with five-axis simultaneous end milling method because of the interference of cutter and machine milling head.And the practical machining of Wanjiazhai pump blades mold by this way is also introduced.
