摘要
该文对安装厂用电快速切换装置存在的问题进行了分析 ,明确提出了“快切”核心问题是速度和角度 ,而最理想的备用电源投入时间 ,应在工作电源消失后第一次出现的δ =30°的区间内 ,此时厂用母线残压UD的数值和频率下降不多 ,相角差δ(残压UD 与备用电源Us 之间 )也不大 ,对电动机启动极为有利。文中还指明允许快切的最长时限Tmax与厂用电系统本身结构相关 ,是快切的决定因素之一 ,它与开关跳合闸时间 (因跳合闸电压而异 )一起构成了实现快切的先决条件。
This paper analyzed the problems about installing auxiliary power high-speed transfer device. It is proposed definitely that the speed and the angle is the core problem of high-speed transfer, and best suitable time the standby power connected should be within the zone of δ= 30°,firstly appearing after the working power disappearing. At that time it is very beneficial to the motor putting into operation with lower phase-angle difference, lower frequency fall and service power bus residual voltage. It is also proposed that the longest time-limit of high-speed transfer is relative with the structure of auxiliary power system itself in this paper. This is one of the decisive factors. Together with the tripping and closing time; they become the determinative conditions achieving quick transfer.
