摘要
在研制高效铝合金阳极的基础上 ,运用现代分析技术 ,考察了合金枝晶形态、晶粒大小、第二相粒子特征等微观组织因素对铝阳极电化学性能和表面溶解状态的影响。结果表明 :合金枝晶的粗细均匀程度决定了阳极表面溶解的均匀性 ;晶粒越细小阳极电流效率越高 ;具有大小均匀、形态规则。
The influences of microstructures (e.g. the morphology of pine tree crystal, the size of crystalline grain, the characteristic of second phase) on the electrochemical properties and surface dissolved characteristics of aluminum alloy sacrificial anode were studied by modern analytical techniques. Experimental results indicated that the surface dissolved characteristic of anode was depended on crystalline state of aluminum alloy, and the smaller of the crystal grain of alloy, the higher was the efficiency of anode. Furthermore, the electrochemical properties were better while the anode was with equable size and regular sharp and suited number second phase.
