摘要
从分析高校工资现状入手 ,提出了深化人事制度改革 ,简化工资结构 ,拉开工资差距 ,兼顾绩效公平 ,遂步实行工资动态包干 ,建立以贡献、绩效为主体的新工资分配制度的初步改革思路。
This paper analyzes the present situation of wages at colleges and universities and advances tentative ideas on deepening reform of personnel system, simplifying the structure, widening the difference between different wage scales according to the appraisal of achievements and efficiency, gradually establishing a dynamic system of payment partly in kind and partly in cash, thus setting up a new wage system with contribution, achievements and efficiency as its main body at colleges and universities.
