小麦品种抗病性的ELECTRE法决策与应用软件 被引量:1

摘要 用ELECTRE-I决策法评价若干小麦品种的抗赤霉病性,筛选出部分较好的原始材料。结果证明该方法精确性高,适用而广,在农业领域的多种评价研究中有重要应用价值。建议用主成分分析结果中的贡献率判定目标权重,为择权过程提供了一种实用方法。 The disease resistance for plant is reflected by various attributes. Because of contradiction and incommensurasion among different attributes, the efficiency of previous evaluation for disease resistance is much lower. So we make evaluation to scab resistance of 15 wheat varieties (raw data see Tab.1) applying the multiple attribute deci- sion—making—ELECTRE-I algorithm. The results show that the comprehensive scab resistance for varieties 14, 15, 9 and 2 are all better. This study presents that the contribution ratio H_i^2=sum from j=1 to R λ_ju_(ij)~2 in main component analysis can be consiered as the weights for different attributes, so it makes up shortcomings of subjective weights-selecting (eight attributes see Tab. 2 ) .Meanwhile, we introduce disease growth rate (r) into disease resistance field, which overcoming previous shortcomings that notice only disease rate and so on. The incorporated method of correlation analysis main component analysis and decision-making can produce rich results, and can be used as a complete set of algorithm for popularization and application.
