灼烧土中玉米秸秆分解期间胡敏酸、富里酸动态变化的研究 被引量:21

摘要 通过室内培养试验 ,研究了玉米秸秆在暗棕壤灼烧土中分解期间 (1~ 192h)胡敏酸 (HA)、富里酸(FA)数量与特性的动态变化规律。结果表明 :玉米秸秆分解期间 ,HA的绝对数量增加 ,FA的绝对数量先增加后下降 ,可提取腐殖质中HA的比例 (PQ)逐渐增加 ,说明最初FA的形成速度大于HA ,随培养时间延长 ,FA转化为HA ;新形成HA、FA的色调系数 (ΔlogK)和活化度较高 ,而相对色度 (RF)较低 ,说明新形成HA、FA的氧化程度和芳香性较低 ,脂族性较高 ,分子结构较简单 ;随培养时间延长 ,HA、FA的ΔlogK和活化度下降而RF增加 ,表明HA、FA的氧化程度和芳香性增强 ,脂族性降低 。 By means of an indoor incubating experiment, dynamic changes in the amounts and characteristics of humic acid (HA)and fulvic acid (FA) in ignited darkbrown soil during corn stalk decomposition were studied The results showed that the absolute amount of HA increased, and that of FA increased at first, then decreased; the proportion of HA in extractable humus (PQ) gradually increased, indicating that FA took up formation faster than HA in the initial stage of incubation With prolonged incubation, FA transformed into HA ΔlogK and activation degree of new formed HA and FA were higher, whereas RF of theirs was lower, indicating that new formed HA and FA were lower in their oxidation degree and aromaticity, but were more aliphatic and simple in their molecular structure During corn stalk decomposition, ΔlogK and activation degree of HA and FA decreased, whereas their RF increased, indicating that oxidation degree and aromaticity of HA and FA gradually increased, thus their molecular structure became less aliphatic and more complex
