摘要
采用索氏抽提法、乙醇浸提法、热水浸提法和碱提酸沉法对香椿果壳及果实其他部位中黄酮类化合物进行了提取 ,并筛选出乙醇浸提法为可行的方法。定性分析结果表明 :香椿果壳及果实其他部位中含有黄酮、黄酮醇、二氢黄酮。
Four approaches were used to extract flavonoids from the fruits and shells of Toona sinensis ,and a good way was selected in this study.Quantitative analysis of extracted materials showed that the fruits and shells of Toona sinensis contains flavones,flavonol flavanoes,flavanonols and so on.
