摘要
采用X射线衍射技术及透射电子显微镜研究了冷轧变形道次及不同变形量对GH416 9合金中金属间化合物γ″相和δ相的分布、形貌、数量及性能的影响。结果表明 :随着变形程度的增加 ,析出相由晶内和晶界析出逐渐转变到形变带及位错墙处析出 ,γ″相的尺寸逐渐减小 ,γ″、δ相的析出含量以及材料的强度逐渐增加。双道次冷轧变形提高了δ相的含量 。
The morphology,microstructure,tensile property and the volume fractions of γ″ phase and δ phase as afunction of cold rolling reduction in GH4169 alloy have been investigated.Two treatments are developed to produce either single pass cold rolling or double pass cold rolling.The results show that the nucleation sites change from interior grain or grain boundary to deformation bands and the dimension of γ″ particle decreases with cold rolling reduction increasing.Double pass cold rolling technology not only enhances the δ phase volume fraction but also decreases the γ″ phase fractions and tensile strength compared with single pass cold rolling.
