摘要
采用SPSS 10 .0软件包对姬鼠属标本的 30个外型及头骨变量进行多元统计分析 ,并从形态学的角度对姬鼠属的分类及其亲缘关系进行探讨分析结果表明四川省存在 6种姬鼠 ,并分属两个亚属 :田姬鼠亚属和林姬鼠亚属 ;其中黑线姬鼠 (Apodemus.agrarius)和高山姬鼠 (A .chevrieri)的亲缘关系很近而并入前者 ,而大林姬鼠 (A .peninsu lae)、大耳姬鼠 (A .latronum)、短尾类中华姬鼠 (A .draco)和长尾类中华姬鼠 (A .orestes) 4种的亲缘关系很近而并入后者 .且方差分析及T 检验表明这 6种姬鼠的主要部分外型及头骨变量的均值其差异显著 ,且部分近缘物种为同域分布 .同时聚类分析结果表明在林姬鼠亚属四种姬鼠中以短尾类中华姬鼠、长尾类中华姬鼠和大林姬鼠 3种之间的亲缘关系较近 ,而大耳姬鼠与前 3种之间的亲缘关系较远 .
According to the thirty indexes of the skulls and externals of Apodemus specimens derived from Institute of Rare Animals and Plants,Sichuan Teachers College,this paper discussed the classification and kinship in subgenus and species by multivariate statistical analysis with computer software package called SPSS10.0. The principal component analysis gave out two groups,A.agrarius chevrieri and peninsulae latronum draco orestes group,while the discriminant analysis showed that all specimens were correctly classified in A.agrarius,A.chevrieri, A.peninsul ae, A.latronum,A.draco and A.orestes with the former two widely different from the latter four .Anova analysis and T test demonstrated that the six species of Apodemus had significant difference in majority of indexes. Based on the record of specimens collected in the library, A.latronum,A.draco and A.orestes had the same distribution.Therefore,the six species should be recognized separate valid species. Both cluster analysis and the principal component analysis indicated the six species could be classified in two groups, which proved the idea that there are two subgenus, Apodemus and Sylvaemus in Sichuan was right. As far as their relationship is concerned, A.agrarius is closely related to A.chevrieri and both of them are classified in Apodemus ,while the other four species are significantly different from the former two and they are classified in Sylvaemus. Besides, among the latter four species which are classified in Sylvaemus, the relationship of A.penisulae,A.draco and A.orestes is very close while A.latronum is genetically different from three of them in a certain degree.
