摘要
分析与研究网络文献特别是全文数据库和电子期刊的现状 ,指出图书馆应适时调整文献信息资源建设的策略 ,制定实体文献和网络文献相结合的馆藏体系建设方针 。
Analyzes and studies the status of network document,indicates that libraries must change timely the collecting stategies of document information resouces,establishes the collection policy of real document and network document together,and puts forward a few suggestions of collecting network document.
