摘要
选用HP-5型毛细管柱(30m×0.53 mm i. d., 1.5μm)和氢火焰离子化检测器,用顶空气相色谱法测定合成盐酸伪麻黄碱中的甲醇残留量。该方法的线性范围为0～11.7μg/mL,线性回归方程为Y=0.204c+0.111,相关系数r=0.9997,检出限为0.4 μg/mL,相对标准偏差为0.8％～1.4％,回收率为97.8％～104.2％。该方法操作简单,测定结果准确。
HP - 5 column( 30 m × 0.53 mm i. d. , 1.5 μm) and hydrogen flame ionization detector were selected, the residual methanol in pseudoephedrine hydrochloride was determined by headspace gas chromatography. The linear range of the method is 0 -11.7 μg/mL, the regression equation is Y = 0. 204c +0. 111, the correlative coefficient is r = 0. 9997 , the detection limit is 0.4 μg/ mL, the relative standard deviation is 0.8% -1.4% and the recovery is 97.8% -104.2%. The method is simple, the result is accurate.
