摘要
目的 :建立男康片的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法 :采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中的主要药味。结果 :方中鹿衔草、紫花地丁、黄柏、黄芪、赤芍、白花蛇舌草等 6味药的薄层色谱具有鉴别特征。结论
Objective:To establish TLC identification methods for Nankang Tablets.Methods:TLC was used for the quantitative analysis.Results:Herba Pyrolae, Herba Violae, Cortex Phellodendri, Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Herba Hedyotis Diffusae were spotted in the TLC analysis.Conclusion:The TLC characters can be used in the quality control.
