摘要
在考虑离心力影响的条件下 ,对一种新型磁力金属带传动的初张力及其对传动性能的影响等进行较为详细的分析 ,给出磁力金属带初张力的正确计算公式 ,揭示了金属带的初张力随传动功率、围包角和磁感应强度的变化规律 ,并对其进行了数值模拟。
Taking into account the influence of centrifugal tensile force, the original tensile force and its influence on transmission performance of a new magnetic metal belt transmission are discussed in detail; the correct calculation formula of original tensile force is obtained. Besides, the change laws of original tensile force of metal belt with transmission power, angle of contact and magnetic induction strength are revealed, moreover, the numerical simulation of the original tensile force is carried out.
