摘要
考察不同硅铝比对中孔分子筛MSU -2的热和水热稳定性的影响 ,进一步对比研究了正十六烷、1,3,5 -三异丙基苯在中孔分子筛上的裂化反应性能 ,同时也对MSU -2作为辅助活性组元制得的模式催化剂进行了重油微反评价。实验结果表明 ,中孔分子筛MSU -2热稳定性与NaY分子筛相当 ,水热稳定性与HZSM -5 (n(SiO2 ) /n(Al2 O3 )为 38)相当 ,随着n(SiO2 ) /n(Al2 O3 )的增大 ,MSU -2的热和水热稳定性增强 ;同时模型化合物的评价表明了中孔分子筛MSU -2与微孔分子筛Y相比有利于大体积反应物分子的扩散 ;重油微反评价结果表明 ,催化剂中MSU -2质量分数为 5 %时 ,与不含MSU -2的模式催化剂相比 ,柴油收率增加 1.75 %,液体总收率增加 2 .2 0 %,重油和焦炭收率分别减少 0 .74%和 1.10 %,表现出较好的产品分布。
The effect of silica to alumina ratio on the thermal and hydrothermal stability of MSU-2 was studied. The thermal and hydrothermal stability of MSU-2 increased with the increasing silica to alumina ratio,the MSU-2 has a matchable thermal stability with NaY zeolite,and a matchable hydrothermal stability with HZSM-5 (n(SiO 2)/n(Al 2O 3)=38) zeolite.According to microactivity test,the diffusion advantage of larger sized model compound in the catalyst containing MSU-2 was discussed.Furthermore,MSU-2 was employed as a promoter in the FCC catalyst for heavy oil cracking.The catalyst showed better heavy oil cracking ability when the MSU-2 content was about 5%.The LCO and light oil yields increased by 1.75 and 2.20 percent respectively; accordingly,the heavy oil and coke yields decreased by 0.74 and 1.10 percent respectively.
